Zorg van Nick provides personal, tailor-made care for individuals with a personal healthcare budget (PGB) under the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz). Whether you require care yourself or are arranging care for a loved one, Zorg van Nick is here to support you.

The personal healthcare budget (PGB) under the Wlz is intended for people who require intensive, long-term care and want to have control over how that care is organized. In some cases, care may be funded through a Social Support Act (WMO) PGB.

Zorg van Nick offers support in one or more of the following areas of life:

• Mental health and well-being

• Psychoeducation

• Physical well-being

• Housing and leisure

• Support in finding work and/or daytime activities

• Social relationships and close connections

• Leisure and sense of purpose

• Administrative support

• Safety (crisis intervention)

• Please note: I do not perform any reserved medical procedures.

After a no-obligation introductory meeting and inventory of your request for help, we will apply for a PGB (form of financing) with the municipality of your place of residence.
