Zorg van Nick provides personal, tailor-made care for individuals with a personal healthcare budget (PGB) under the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz). Whether you require care yourself or are arranging care for a loved one, Zorg van Nick is here to support you.
The personal healthcare budget (PGB) under the Wlz is intended for people who require intensive, long-term care and want to have control over how that care is organized. In some cases, care may be funded through a Social Support Act (WMO) PGB.
Zorg van Nick offers support in one or more of the following areas of life:

Please note: I do not perform any reserved medical procedures.
After a no-obligation introductory meeting and inventory of your request for help, we will apply for a PGB (form of financing) with the municipality of your place of residence. Do you live in North Holland, have a Dutch nationality or residence permit and you want to receive home care? Please contact me, via the contact form.
Note: People who receive home care are required to pay a statutory personal contribution to the CAK. For more information or to calculate your own contribution, see www.hetcak.nl
